Key Responsibilities
Welcome and Greet:
Warmly welcome clients, visitors, and employees as they arrive at the office, providing a friendly and professional first impression.Answer and Direct Calls:
Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages as needed.Manage Reception Area:
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professional image of the company.Schedule Management:
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as requested.Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing mail, coordinating shipments, and assisting with general office tasks.Customer Service:
Address inquiries and requests from clients and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner, striving to exceed their expectations.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Professional appearance and demeanor.Benefits
