Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.Professional appearance and demeanor.
