Well&Nest has partnered with a National plaintiffs firm seeking a Litigation Attorney motivated to help those injured due to corporate misconduct.
In this role, you will learn all aspects of asbestos litigation and quickly become responsible for handling cases. You will be able to impact the lives of families going through the most stressful time of their lives.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution and admission to the California bar• Excellent legal research and writing abilitiesMust be able to travel frequently on a national scaleAbility to cultivate and maintain strong client relationshipsAbility to work as an individual and as a part of a team on behalf of injured clientsAbility to work under a deadline in a fast-paced environment;Commitment to plaintiff work, while demonstrating good judgementCase management responsibilities include written discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions experience (preferred)Trial work as a second chair (preferred)Comprehensive benefits package:
