About the Implementation Engineer Position:
The Implementation Engineer position will play an integral role in the execution and oversight for the launch plan of 3PL warehouse sites. You will serve as a lead in implementations and launches of new STORD 3PL warehousing and fulfillment projects across the US and Canada. This position will offer the responsibility of managing expectations and the overall process of our 3PL warehousing function.

What You'll Do:
Implement systems and processes for all of Stord's business unitsOversee Systems Integrations and User Acceptance Testing end to end for upcoming brandsDeploy technical and functional processes within the 4 walls, managing Design, SIT, UAT, Go-live and hypercare.Implement Stord's OMS and WMS systems end to endImplement physical and system processes to ensure self-sustainability and profitability within the fulfillment center operationEngage with internal teams as well as new and existing Stord customers to ensure a successful launchServe as a partner to ensure on-going needs are being met to the standard providedBuild easy to understand SOPs to hand-off to the Customer Experience and Local Operations teamsWhat You'll Need:
Warehouse or WMS implementation experienceStrong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processesAbility to manage complex projects and facilitation of cross functional planning and executionExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsExperience managing an array of teams and stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsRisk and opportunity mitigation and management experienceBonus Points:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering3-5 years of experience within Supply Chain or LogisticsDirect experience with WMS or Warehouse implementationCulture Snapshot:
