We value the safety of every member of our community.******About this Position**The Corporate Retail Store Supervisor is responsible for all campus tours, manage all aspects of the Imagine gift shop as well as schedule, and coordinating/scheduling meetings in the Theater. The Supervisor will determine and work within budget, preparing reports as needed. This position manages and hires staff to conduct tours and gift shop sales. They monitor workflow and productivity of employees and coordinate schedules to efficiently conduct tours and handle gift shop duties. This Supervisor will also assist with all Awards and Recognition programs, working with high level field representatives, creating reports, coordinating shipments and other miscellaneous duties as requested by management.******Responsibilities & Qualifications****KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES*** Bachelors degree or equivalent business experience* Excellent organizational skills* Ability to work independently without close supervision* Flexibility to handle multiple and changing priorities* Proficient in the use of PC equipment and software: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point* Ability to work overtime as needed* Good math aptitude and basic accounting skills* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Excellent understanding of operational functions* Excellent interpersonal skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities and people* Ability to work with other departments and the Sales Force* Ability to train employees* Ability to function well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment* Ability to travel as needed**DUTIES**Supervisory* Hire and manage part-time, HWO and temporary associates on tour, meetings in the theater, and gift shop duties* Determine schedule for covering all tours, Imagine functions and Theater events* Personally, train associates on secured areas, tour routes and scripts* Supplies team with information and history about Primerica (Home office and Field Force)* Shows employees how to handle equipment (videos, etc.), and troubleshooting if equipment is not functioning properly* Trains tour guides on operation of cash registers/POS system in gift shop* Ensures appropriate staffing for all events* Develop and manage budget for department* Responsible for providing monthly reporting to department leadersOversees Imagine gift shop* Researches and selects merchandise to be sold in gift shop* Determines pricing, inventory needs and budget available* Accounts for inventory on a monthly and quarterly basis* Maintains and programs Point-of-Sale registers* Balance with General Ledger on a monthly basis* Prepares End-of-the-month reports* Responsible for all cash in the gift shop* Maintains gift shop displays* Organizes merchandise shops at special events (MIT, etc.)Oversees Campus Tours* Maintains schedule for tours and Theater events* Coordinate tours, notifying various departments of tour schedule* Determines tour routes and creates scripts for tour guides, gearing them toward Sales Force interests* Works with security department for access to tour areas* Monitors displays, equipment and videos used for tours and notifies appropriate people when challenges with them* Makes recommendations to Publications and PFN-TV departments on development of updates for Imagine displays* Troubleshoots any problems with equipment on tour* Responsible for keeping Gift Shop clean* Works with PFN-TV and Marketing on filling audience for weekly broadcastsOversees Theater functions* Responsible for keeping schedule for special events held in Theater* Ensures staff available for weekend and after-hours events* Coordinates set-up and tear down of functionsAssists in Awards & Recognition Department* Assists with development, purchase and fulfillment of monthly incentive programs* Assists on incentive trips as needed* Communicate with all levels of the field on questions via email and phone* Assist with preparing for field leadership events, including spreadsheet creation and editing* Communicate with vendors for purchasing items for field leadership events, staying within established budget* Prepare purchase requests and following up on the status regularly* Possible travel to leadership meetings**FLSA status:**This position is exempt (not eligible for over time):No******Our Benefits:*** Day one health, dental, and vision insurance* 401(k) Plan with competitive employer match* Vacation, sick, holiday and volunteer time off* Life and disability insurance* Flexible Savings Account & Health Savings Account* Professional development* Tuition reimbursement* Company-sponsored social and philanthropy eventsIt has been and will continue to be the policy of Primerica, Inc., and its subsidiaries to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
