Job ResponsibilitiesEngage with stakeholders to understand and gather detailed business requirementsDocument functional and non-functional requirementsAnalyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvementDevelop process maps and workflow diagramsCollect, analyze, and interpret data to understand business performance and trendsCreate reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholdersCollaborate with IT and development teams to design solutions that meet business needsValidate and test proposed solutions to ensure they meet requirements and specificationsCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user manualsJob Requirements5-10 years of experienceSkills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
