Portfolio Manager/Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Manager/Analyst with our industry-leading client in Lake Mary, FL.
We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Rate: $50 - $60 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:Capital Planning: Analyze and support capital planning initiatives, including workforce and financial planning for both employees and contractors.Distinguish between ongoing operational activities and strategic change initiatives and align planning accordingly.Capitalization and Reporting: Understand how capitalization processes work and ensure accurate and timely reporting into the technology department.Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data from various sources, presenting insights and trends to support decision-making across corporate engineering.Financial Portal and Excel Analysis: Utilize the financial portal, with the majority of analysis being conducted in Excel, to evaluate financial performance and make data-driven recommendations.Financial Services Experience: Though not mandatory, prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred, as the candidate will be involved in financial planning and analysis activities.Collaboration with Portfolio Leads: Work closely with portfolio leads across corporate engineering to align planning efforts and ensure seamless execution of projects.Independent Issue Resolution: Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of issues and resolve them independently, with minimal guidance.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in planning and analysis roles, preferably in COO/Finance functions.Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus, but not mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
