Please apply online using a laptop or desktop computer.POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal Product Manager to lead the development of a portfolio of technology and services that transplant teams rely on to help select optimal graft sources for patients facing blood cancers and other disorders. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of providers and patients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including bioinformatics, operations, Clinical HLA Services, application development, design, marketing, and account management, to deliver innovative and high-impact products. This is a hybrid position in Minneapolis. #LI-Hybrid.ACCOUNTABILITIES:Strategic Initiative Leadership: serve as leader for key organizational strategic initiative and deliver on the operational plan and all milestones within the agreed upon timeline, meeting or exceeding success criteria.Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our healthcare decision support software products, aligning with company goals and market needs. Serve as the primary evangelist for the product line.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the healthcare industry.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to gather insights and requirements for product development.Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, and launch.Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and successful market introduction.User Experience: Champion the user experience, ensuring our products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the highest standards of quality and performance.Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform data-driven decisions.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that products comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and FDA requirements.Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, conducting post-launch evaluations, and implementing enhancements.Customer Centricity: Be the voice of our customers, donors, and operations staff. Thoroughly understand their needs, including conducting user research and usability testing in conjunction with service designers.Develop and Maintain Key Relationships:Demonstrate strong analytical, stakeholder management, project management, and execution skills.Evangelize roadmaps, prioritization, and new features to internal stakeholders, including executives. Analyze, track and report on success metrics to cross-functional teams.Participates in strategic planning for the organization and review progress toward achieving strategic goals regularly.Builds professional networks in this and related industries for the purposes of best practice sharing and performance benchmarking.Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of:A passion for our mission to save lives through cell therapyProven track record of successfully launching and managing decision support software and/or consulting products.Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical decision-making processes, and regulatory requirements.Ability to:Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, subject to ambiguitySelf-driven with high customer empathy and a strong f cus on executionDemonstrated ability to lead teams of diverse stakeholdersTechnical and analytical aptitude and confidence in obtaining buy-in at all levels and executing on objective outcomes.Comfortable presenting with clarity, purpose and influence to Executive Team, Board of Directors and leadership at external customersDemonstrated ability to influence without authorityEducation and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree required.
