The Los Angeles Dodgers Information Technology Department is seeking a dedicated Technical Specialist to join our team at our remote site in Camelback Ranch facility in Arizona. As the sole IT on-site technician, you will have complete ownership of all technology, ensuring seamless operations and providing comprehensive technical support. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Take ownership of all technology, ensuring proper functioning, security and maintenance.Install, configure, monitor performance and stability of computer hardware, software applications, peripherals, and endpoints.Collaborate with remote IT teams to implement, maintain and enforce IT policies and procedures, managing all complex network user account access and permissions, including those visitors to the complex and remote workers.Ensure all systems and endpoints are updated with the latest patches and security updates, monitoring Patch Management using Intune, JAMF, Kandji, AutoMox.Manage inventory of IT assets and ensure proper tracking and documentation.Troubleshoot and repair faulty endpoints relating to both hardware & software and server and network infrastructure.Participates with on-call, special events.Travel to remote sites for support as needed.Collaborate with corporate offices on managing Group Policy Objects (GPO).Researches and evaluates new technical products.Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

Four (4) plus years as desktop support within organization supporting more than 300 users.College graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.Willing and able to travel up to 25% both domestically and internationallyWilling and able to work an 8-hour shift beginning at 7:00 AM MST with overtime as needed.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience providing executive level support.Experience developing and providing Information Technology training for end users.Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting, and communication skillsDemonstrate extensive knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11 Operating System and Microsoft 365 products.Understanding of managing, changing and implementing Group Policy Objects (GPO).Understanding of managing, changing and implementing patch management with Intune, JAMF, Kandji, AutoMox.Experience supporting various operating systems (Windows, MAC, Linux, iOS, Android) and hardware platforms.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.Able to handle multiple tasks, organize and prioritize workload efficiently.Able to recognize and maintain confidentiality of work materials and issues as appropriate.Current Los Angeles Dodgers employees should apply via the internal job board in UltiPro by following these prompts:
