RPA Manager Providence, Rhode Island Hybrid: 3 days per week on site Contract to Hire: 6 - 12 months contract to hire Pay: $60 - $70.00 p/hr Overview: Our prestigious client is seeking an RPA Front Line Manager to organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and execution of automation activities, review the work of subordinates, including subcontractors, and ensure that the delivery schedule and performance parameters are met. Responsibilities: Oversee and direct RPA developers from Jr - Sr level Mentor/advise colleagues through the automation software lifecycle Establish milestones and monitor progress of plans and schedules, identify delivery risks, and drive mitigation strategies and solutions.
