We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic finance team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, tax planning, and tax strategy for the organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the organization's tax liabilityManage tax compliance and reporting processes, including the preparation and filing of tax returnsConduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulationsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide tax guidance and supportManage relationships with external auditors and tax authoritiesProvide training and support to finance and accounting teams on tax-related mattersStay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate relevant updates to stakeholdersQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred3+ years of experience in tax management, tax planning, or tax auditStrong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax software applications
