We are actively searching for a Full Time Driver/Service Assistant. This role is responsible for working closely with the Fixed Operations Manager, Parts and Service Teams to ensure a seamless transition for our customers from start to finish. **Primary Responsibilities**-Transports new and used motorcycles from specified locations and transports them back to the dealership for the sales/service department.Assists with moving and relocating motorcycles and parts to create working space for Service department.-Completes checklist when picking up and dropping off motorcycles.-Keeps service department forms, menus and pricing guides up to date.-Inspects motorcycles before departure from pick up location, ensuring no damages are present.-Aids the service team including uncrating and setting up motorcycle inventory.-Responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of motor vehicles at the dealership.-Maintains stock motorcycles in clean and presentable condition.-Works with and takes direction from Fixed Operations Manager to ensure all motorcycles are inspected and maintained.-Attends and completes all Harley-Davidson University training sessions (online and instructor led).This position will be driving a pick up truck with a 22 ft. trailer and a 24 ft. cube van. **Required Skills and Experience**- Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand- M2 License is not required- Able to drive trailers/trucks, clean driver's abstract required **Pfaffs Competitive Benefits**- Discounted programs to enhance employee experience- Enhanced vacation policy, based on tenure- Track Days & Budget Car Track Challenge- Seasonal Employee Events- Support in career advancement- Robust training and development programs- RRSP/DPSP/TFSA- Company paid Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment- Comprehensive Health & Dental and extended Health Care- Employee Assistance Program- Tuition Reimbursement - Suitable for someone who is looking to become an Motorcycle Apprentice and ultimately, a licensed Motorcycle -Technician 310G.- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays is mandatory.If you are passionate, customer-focused and thrive in a team environment, apply via our website or this advertisement.We thank all applicants for their response; however, only those considered for an interview will be contacted. *Pfaff Automotive is committed to providing accessible employment practices that are in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
