Shipping and Receiving candidate
will have knowledge of powersports or automotive parts, logistics, managing inventory, and excel in customer service roles!Responsibilities:Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or materialStock all parts and accessories in their correct bins and/or locationsUpdate inventory control system and parts catalogConduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.)Ship all parts and accessories in accordance with the carrier's shipping instructions (i.e., route, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc)Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership’s customersHandle telephone transactions quickly, and courteouslyPerform other administrative duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:1+ year experience in a parts warehouse or parts counter at a dealershipAble to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, worked in stooped, crouched, or kneeling positions frequentlySuperior customer service skillsStrong data entry skillsAttention to detailPrevious experience with EVO preferredPrevious experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh sense of urgencyAbility to complete tasks accurately in an organized fashion with little directionWhat RumbleOn/Scorpion Harley-Davidson Offers You:A fun, relaxed, and casual work environment with awesome people by your side working as a team to ensure the entire group's success!
