Rare opening at one of the Nation's Top Automotive Groups!!!! Ford of Harvey is looking for a driven, career-minded individual to join our growing sales department as an Internet Sales Manager. This position is a vital part of the sales department. The focus is creating visual content, responding to customers from the most trusted lead sources, driving dealership virtual showroom traffic, working closely with the sales and management team to promote sales by increasing customer engagement, and providing a comprehensive showroom experience.

Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales processBuild rapport with customers to establish customer networkMonitor and assist in internet sales processProvide training and support to the internet sales staff and assist in closing dealsHelp manage all other aspects of the internet sales departmentMake and confirm appointmentsREQUIREMENTS:
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredPrior automotive sales managerial experience preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillStrong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)ProfessionalStrong work ethicCurrent, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
