is looking for a General Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone that is energetic, detail oriented, passionate, and looking for a company to call home. You'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure the business needs are met on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. We push to grow each month by helping our team members grow.

Teach, Grow and Motivate the Sales Managers, Finance Managers and Sales Staff.Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales processBuild rapport with customers to establish customer networkManage the new & preowned vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer tradesProvide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing dealsHelp manage all other aspects of the sales departmentDesk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR carsREQUIREMENTS:
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredPrior automotive sales managerial experience a MUST!Excellent communication and customer service skillsUnderstanding of inventory controlStrong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)Outgoing and positive demeanorProfessional presentationPunctual nature and ability to handle multiple task in one dayMaintain a professional appearanceStrong work ethicTeamwork MindsetIntegrityMoral CharacterPerformance driven
