Looking for a a BDC Manager to join our growing sales department. You'll work closely with upper management as well as the sales associate to ensure the business needs are met.

Digital marketing experience is requiredPrevious dealership experience is a huge plusSuperior communication skills, both oral and writtenStrong email and phone presence is necessaryExceptional leadership skillsEnthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workdayOutstanding organizational skillsAbility to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressureMust be willing to submit to a background check to employment.
