Job description
Job Title: IT Business AnalystLocation: Tampa, FL ( Hybrid: 3 days Onsite & 2 days REMOTE )Duration: 6 - 7 Months (CONTRACT TO HIRE)Skills & Experience Needed:Minimum 2-3 years of related experienceAbility to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point.Assist in drafting high quality presentation material to share with partners and leadership that provides the appropriate level of detail for the intended audience.Understands and uses applicable work management tools for decision making and collaboration (i.e. JIRA, SharePoint, SNOW).Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)Power BI development knowledge is highly preferred.Knowledge of Financial HP PPM is a plus.Working experience with Production Support Teams is a plus.
Responsibilities:Drives insights from operational incidents, analyzes trends and creates actionable roadmap.Assist on vision development and executions into clear, specific, and achievable objectives for the team.Assist in providing analytical and reporting capabilities to support decision making by the business partners.Manage relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on functional changes, including Senior staff.Builds partnerships with multiple Stakeholders to influence requirements, identify operational improvement opportunities and guide the execution of those requirements into business solutions.Support audit & regulatory needs for the team.Other duties as assigned.
