A Service Desk Analyst is the backbone of customer support, during workday transition from Service Now! This role ensures everything runs smoothly and resolving issues quickly for the patients. This role involves troubleshooting customer problems, assisting end-users, and keeping IT services in top shape.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Support

Ticketing

Only taking Workday Phone Calls

Clearing out cache and cookies

Instructions over phone, not technical work

Pay Rate: $22.50-$25/hr, based on experience

Shift: Full-Time, 40 hours/weekly -Mainly first and second shift, no thirds

Does not know what they need right now - will start with what the candidate needs

Shifts will be one set schedule - Flex Scheduling
