A banking client of Insight Globals is hiring 3 Helpdesk Technicians in New York City. Responsibilities include Level 1 or 2 support, using the ServiceNow ticketing system, and providing phone and in-person support. Knowledge in servers and configuring workstations is a plus. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
