A large law firm client in Philadelphia is seeking a Helpdesk Manager to fill in for the current manager temporarily. This person's main duties will be planning, organizing, and day to day management of the help desk team's support and priorities. This person will be managing a team of 7 and working closely with the VP of IT to ensure communication and oversight in all necessary areas. Additionally, this role will communicate with other departments, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate support services, report on help desk metrics, and implement improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and strong expertise within ServiceNow.
