Responsibilities

Be a leader and credible activist for your clients, yourteam and our mission; exert influence to create positive changeDeliver both strategic and tactical HR support and programsto employees and managers, including performance management, organizationaldesign, learning and development, compensation programs and employee relationsPartner effectively with HR centers of excellence includingImmigration, Compensation and Benefits, Tesla Talent, Employee Relations, andRecruitingProactively identify opportunities to enhance the employeeexperience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative andsustainable solutionsWork with leaders to develop effective organizationalstructures to drive organizational health. Consult and coach all levels ofmanagement to build and serve high performing, diverse and inclusive teamsSupports human resources leadership to formulate, determine,and effectuate management policies regarding HR, including special access toconfidential and sensitive personnel communication and recordsAligns conduct in performing all job duties and functionswith human resources leadership goals and objectives, exercising good judgmentin all interactions with Company employeesRequirements

3+ years experience in a HR Business Partner or other HRrole including coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, trainingand HR project management or program implementationExperience objectively coaching employees and managementthrough complex, difficult and emotional issuesApplied knowledge of federal, state and local laws andstatutes for employmentThorough understanding and hands-on application of internaland external HR principles, concepts, practices and standardsProven planning and organizational skills, attention todetail, ability to handle multiple tasksOutstanding written and verbal communication; must be aclear, concise and persuasive communicatorCompensation and BenefitsBenefits

$68,000 - $234,000/annual salary, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
