This role is both hands-on and strategic and provides expertise in the areas of employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, learning and development, and ad hoc projects as necessary. Tesla's HR Business Partners are passionate about their work and help deliver positive change every day. We are looking for an experienced HR Partner to support our Supply Chain teams.
Responsibilities
Be a strategic partner and credible activist for your clients, your team and our mission; exert influence to create positive changeDeliver both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to employees and managers, including performance management, organizational design, learning and development, compensation programs and employee relationsPartner effectively with HR centers of excellence including Immigration, Compensation and Benefits, Tesla Talent, Employee Relations, and RecruitingProactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutionsWork with leaders to develop effective organizational structures to drive organizational health.Consult and coach all levels of management to build and serve high performing, diverse and inclusive teamsSupports human resources leadership to formulate, determine, and effectuate management policies regarding HR, including special access to confidential and sensitive personnel communication and recordsAligns conduct in performing all job duties and functions with human resources leadership goals and objectives, exercising good judgment in all interactions with Company employeesRequirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience5+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR roleApplied knowledge of labor laws and statutes for employment with understanding and hands-on application of internal and external HR principles, practices and standardsResourceful and self-motivated with ability to work in changing environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations and make decisions based on data while drawing from previous experienceDemonstrated experience with coaching employees and management through complex and difficult issuesDemonstrated ability to effectively partner and collaborate with all levels of the organization and positively influence teamsCompensation and BenefitsBenefits

$68,000 - $234,000/annual salary, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
