This role involves participating in network architecture design for infrastructure refreshes, new installations, and security enhancements and remediation. The Network engineer collaborates with the Security and Administration team to ensure network stability and security for the organization. Responsibilities: Design and implement robust network solutions to support business needs. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime. Configure and maintain network hardware, such as routers, switches, access points, and firewalls. Ensure network security by implementing best practices and regularly updating systems. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and optimize network efficiency. Participate in on-call rotation to support critical business infrastructure.Skills: Abstract Thinking and Problem Solving. Process Mapping and Process-Oriented Thinking. Network Design and Architecture Network Protocol ProficiencyQualifications: Undergraduate degree in computer science, information systems or related field is desired. 4+ years of experience as a network engineer. Prior experience with Manufacturing Organizations is desired. Prior experience in Azure Networking is desired. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a willingness to consider coaching and feedback. Ability to communicate and prioritize tasks in a growing company.
