Overview:
Designs and implements strategic initiatives that incorporate digital technology across all areas of an organization. Develops, adopts and implements digital technology to create new or modify existing products, services and operations. Evaluates and modernizes an organizations processes, products, operations and technology to enable continual, rapid, and business-driven innovation and decision making.Leads a team of analyst supporting the finance organization within the IFS ERP system, handling break-fix tickets, enhancement requests, projects, and provides ticket metrics. Liaison between business and developers and assists analysts that support other business areas (manufacturing, quality, inventory, planning, etc.)Major Position Responsibilities:Evaluates, recommends, designs, and develops engaging & effective digital products.Supports enhancements to existing systems in order to drive end user adoption & support business needs.Identifies requirements and enhances usability of digital products through the design of intuitive process flows, tests and prototypes.Stays informed on technology & research on business trends, end user preferences & identifies opportunities to apply new technologies to enhance the digital experience.Basic Qualifications:
Associate's Degree and 10 to 12 years experienceOREquivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.Bachelor's Degree preferredInformational Technology or related degree preferredExperience with major ERP system (e.g. IFS) preferredKnowledge & Skills, and Abilities:Compatibility TestingFunctional RequirementsIT Operations. Additional Compensation - ICP:Hired applicant will be eligible to participate in the Companys Incentive Compensation Program.
