to join our growing Home Care team.The ideal candidate has experience with health care and/or home care full-cycle recruiting, the Guardian registration process, and the ability to conduct New Hire Orientation (NHO) in SF and throughout the Bay Area. This is an ideal position for a mission-focused, positive, customer-centric recruiter who enjoys the challenge of finding and providing 5-star service to "golden nugget" Home Care Aides and wearing multiple hats on a daily basis.Main focus:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSResponsible for full life cycle recruiting: conduct candidate interviews, communicate with hiring manager(s) and HR team, job description preparation/posting, sourcing, candidate submission, scheduling, relationship management, issue resolution, process/procedural expectation setting, offer letter creation, etc.Maintain timely communication with employees and manage documentation, as required by applicable laws/regulations.Assure compliance with all Guardian/HCA registration guidelines, including certification of Home Care Aides and maintain compliance to Guardian registration standards.Gather pre-onboard documents: drivers' license, Covid vaccination docs, immunization, licenses, etc.Follow-up with new hires to ensure all basic questions/concerns have been addressed.Serve as knowledge expert for HCA/Guardian process, including but not limited to: HCA Registration, HCA Affiliation, remove from roster, track & follow up within Guardian process.Trouble-shoot with candidate on HCA delays, documents needed. Assist with Exemptions on a case-by-case basis.Develop innovative sourcing strategies to increase the quantity, quality and diversity of the candidate pool. Post and monitor job boards and attend HCA-related networking events and job fairs.Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict new hire activity, efficiency, and retention.Responsible for all aspects of New Hire Orientation of HCA's with specialized knowledge in building efficient processes and new employee orientation for a multi-site organization.Assist with other special projects as required.REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSExperience in supporting HRIS, I-9, and E-Verify.Experience with Guardian/HCA registration process.Person required to be onsite 2 days a week (depending on Business needs).Meet for onsite Team meetings in San Francisco.Lead NHO in San Fran and surrounding areas (Marin, San Mateo, Danville).2+ years' experience sourcing and recruiting hourly or part-time Home Care Aide candidates or similar recruiting to Home Care Aides.Strong local connections to find Home Care Aides.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to travel to different locations in the Bay Area as needed.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSBA/BS degree or relevant experience.Workday ATS experience.2+ years' experience home care aide or health care recruitment experience.Excellent customer service skills and approach.Eagerness to work in a busy, collaborative, and customer-service centered environment.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Excellent MS Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team environment.COMPENSATIONRange: $ 64,480.00 - 79,138.00/yearThis amount is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on actual experience, education and other factors.
