With over 23 programs, we offer multiple ways to aid seniors maintain their health, well-being, independence and participation in the community, fulfilling our mission.Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Social Work Recruiter will play an integral role in helping IOA to attract and retain a high performing team of Social Workers. This team member will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the CalAIM program. These roles will contain Care Managers, Clinical Supervisors, Outreach Coordinators, Program Coordinators, and Community Health Workers, among other positions.This is a temporary role projected to last through EOY.Responsibilities:

Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.

Works closely with hiring managers to understand their business and staffing needs.

Builds trusting and positive working relationships with stakeholders by providing recruiting knowledge and strategic recruiting solutions.

Sources, recruits and screens qualified candidates from external and internal sources.

Conducts phone screens, evaluates candidates against specific job profiles and recommends qualified candidates to hiring managers for additional interviews.

Develops innovative sourcing strategies to increase the quantity, quality and diversity of the candidate pool.

Coordinates and participates in community-based events to promote IOA's career opportunities.

Works with hiring managers to guide the interview process, while ensuring a fair and equitable hiring decision.

Consults with compensation team and hiring managers to ensure job offers are in line with IOA's compensation philosophy.

Collaborates on the development of recruiting materials including interview templates and training for hiring managers.

Provides recommendations for process improvement, to ensure a best in class candidate experience.

Audits approved job postings and descriptions, to ensure requirements are inclusive and role-specific.

Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience.

Experience in social work or in recruiting for social work roles.

Bachelor's Degree in Business-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system.

Ability to build partnerships and consult effectively with leadership, hiring managers, and teammates.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.

Mindset of continuous improvement and can embrace IOA's values and principles.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Non-profit or health care recruiting experience.

Workday HRIS experience.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Compensation:

Range: $80,000 - 94,000/Annual (pro-rated). This amount is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on actual experience, education and other factors.
