The Initiatives Specialist is an important support role on the Initiatives team and the broader Brand Marketing team at Red Bull North America. You will support the development and execution of the national product portfolio strategy to ensure an optimal and winning assortment for the U.S. market.Minimum Requirements:
University degree or comparable degree in business-related studiesProfessional experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or the on-premiseProficient knowledge of Microsoft SuitePreferred (but not required) understanding of Circana Syndicated Database (Unify+), Numerator, JDA Space Planning & SAP-based toolsWork cross-functionally and to influence without direct authorityCapacity to manage multiple and evolving projects/priorities and stakeholders simultaneously"Can do" mentality and open/solution-oriented mindsetReliable, structured, communicative team player with a love for detailsPassion for the Red Bull Brand and ProductsAdditional Information:
