Operational & Financial Performance ManagementJob Objective:This position is P&L owner and responsible for driving cost optimization, productivity improvement and operational innovation.Responsibilities:Overall manage daily operation to achieve internal and external KPI targetsPlan and execute the company strategyManage P&L performance of Non-Taicang DCs in Jiangsu Region to achieve annual target through continuously driving productivity improvement, cost management, staffing model optimization and operational innovationCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to successfully launch operational projectsMaintain high level customer satisfactionWell plan and manage outsource labor efficiencyMaintain sustainable and compliant partnership with customer and suppliersEvaluate employee performance, develop talents and motivate team spiritProactively develop new business opportunitiesDevelop new sites and organize the resources to ensure the implementation success and stabilize the operation performanceEducation:Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Engineering, Supply chain management or equivalentWorking Experience:With experience in P&L management. Over 10 years people management experience. Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics industry (3PL is preferred) and minimum 5 years of sizable DC operation management.Skills:Strong communication skills with internal functional teams and external customers, suppliers. People management and influential skills. Commercial and financial management consciousness. Proactive and strategic thinker. Fluent English & Mandarin speaking.
