Chicago AonRoleThe Sr. Analyst, S&OE Materials is responsible for driving strong execution and governance across KHC Materials Management process. This will require disciplined leadership across cross-functional teams to drive visibility, consistency, and actions to ensure materials are managed to drive service and growth for KHC. This role is also responsible for driving root cause analysis and actions for any materials-related gaps.Primary ResponsibilitiesWork cross-functionally with Plants, S&OP Materials, Procurement, Transportation, and our Suppliers to resolve material gaps for assigned plants.Coordinate Prework, Agenda, Actions and Follow-ups for Weekly Materials Review routines with 7 - 8 Manufacturing Plants.Proactively identify and act on material shortages through S&OE tools.Lead routines with KHC Supply Chain Leadership to track core KPI's, top drivers, and actions to resolve.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across S&OE Materials.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in related field (Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)2 years of relevant experience preferredStrong interpersonal and time management skillsData analysis expertisePresentation and oral/written communication skills requiredAbility to meet extremely tight deadlines with logical problem-solvingGreen Belt preferredAPICS, ISM, or other industry certifications in operations and logistics preferredTechnical ExpertiseSAP experience and knowledgeWell versed in Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of Power BI and TableauLocation(s):
