UCT is looking for a talented Account Manager III to join the team! This position will ultimately be responsible for working with the Director to manage an account and understand customer needs, manage expectations, and work with internal stakeholders at UCT to address those needs. The account Manager III will also ensure accuracy of data collection and analysis related to revenue and track and monitor internal factory data (e.g. TAT, OTD, WIP levels)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Investigate data associated with OEM and T1's accounts.* Analyze UCT internal data as well as collecting and analyzing customer forecasts and actuals* Be primary Point of Contact (POC) for identified account(s)* Have regular meetings with customer personnel (business, technical etc.* Summarize and prioritize key issues to discuss with Director* Collect and review customer forecast data with Director* Identify and drive plans to improve and maintain customer satisfaction* Develop relationships with key internal (at UCT) parties to address customer issues* Highlight to Director problem areas and/or areas where progress is not being made

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* This person should be fully able to use all MS Office tools* Person should be able to very concisely document all key discussions, escalations and concerns impacting customer satisfaction.* Person should have excellent communication skills.*

Educational/Certification Requirement:

* Undergraduate with post grad business preferred

Work Experience:

* Greater than 5 years

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $89,700 and $163,700/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including variable pay and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO (Paid Time Off) and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these additional compensation and benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
