Position Details:

MedElite is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive healthcare services, & ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testingDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelinesMonitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessaryProvide patient education, counseling, and support on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modificationsCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient careDiagnose and treat residents with urology conditions, diseases, and infectionsDocument patient encounters, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, using electronic medical record systemsRequirements:

DEA LicenseNurse Practitioner LicenseBackground experience in UrologyPrevious experience in long-term care
