Job Summary:Auto Park Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Store Manager. This full-time, salary-based position is located in our dealership in Kendallville, Indiana. As the Store Manager/Business Office, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our dealership's business operations, including sales, customer service, finance, and administrative tasks. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive sales and revenue while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive team culture.

Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all daily operations of the dealership, including sales, customer service, finance, and administrative tasks- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business goals- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales and administrative staff- Foster a positive and professional work environment, providing guidance and support to team members when needed- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or complaints promptly- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, making adjustments and improvements as needed- Maintain inventory levels and oversee pricing, discounts, and promotions- Prepare and submit financial reports to upper management- Collaborate with other departments, such as service and parts, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or management in the auto industry- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business goals- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and procedures- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
