This position will support the work of Project Managers within the department. The candidate will help enable faster and more predictable project execution by organizing and coordinating project tasks, following up with other departments, coordinating vendor activities, facilitating meetings, and administering the tools and processes used within the department.The desired candidate is flexible, professional, and an excellent communicator. Assisting project managers and IT Operations team members by coordinating meetings, capturing notes and action items, and ensuring that communication is shared professionally with project stakeholders.Identifying project risks and issues, and taking proactive measures to bring focus and problem-solving as needed.Helping to create project plans, develop reports, and facilitate collaboration in LCI tools, especially ServiceNow.

Work management:

Supporting the Agile work management processes within the department, including participating in or facilitating standup meetings and sprint planning meetings.Tracking the execution of work in ServiceNow and helping to clear the path when any issues emerge.Serve as a conduit for information-sharing between departments, including interactions with business stakeholders, other project teams, and other corporate service teams (e.g. Finance).

CompetenciesCandidate needs to be excellent communicator, both written and verbal.Candidate is passionate about all things LCI! This position will need to be able to facilitate work between all parts of the business. Does not need to be an expert in any one area, but needs to be comfortable in meetings with operations, sales, finance, IT, marketing, etc.Candidate is a self-starter, able to identify process gaps and make improvements. Able to operate in an unstructured environment.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.This position is lightly active and requires 10% standing and walking. The employee may have to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly talk and listen. Required Education and ExperienceExperience using modern productivity and collaboration software preferred. Demonstrated ability to learn new applications and processes quickly.

Examples of relevant project management applications include Microsoft Project or Project Server, Atlassian Jira, Workfront, ServiceNow, Trello.Other relevant applications/tools include Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, and collaboration platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams.

Experience with project management and different project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) preferred.Experience leading and facilitating meetings and working sessions, especially remotely. Comfortable using current videoconferencing and collaboration software (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, WebEx, Zoon, etc).Preferred Education and ExperienceYou are a top-notch communicator, and are passionate about connecting
