Automotive Technical Support Specialist Our Technical Support Specialists interface with customers on the technical aspects of our products and services. They provide problem resolution and troubleshooting to customers as well as play a key role in communication of product updates. They seek feedback from internal and external customers to improve customer experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Research and develop technical information and materials. Research and develop product information and catalogs. Research and develop of competitive catalogs. Maintain computer records. Communicate with outside vendors and sales representatives. Solve customer/vendor issues. Answer customer product questions using LIPPERT product knowledge and catalogs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Work Experience: 2 years of experience in Customer Relations in the automotive service field preferred Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be able to pass EVerify.
