Manufacturing Manager Our Manufacturing Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing department, ensuring that operations meets the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Ensure all manufacturing processes meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. Actively manage safety programs to integrate safety measures into daily operations and maintain strict compliance with regulatory requirements with a continuous improvement mindset. Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, retain and develop a diverse team by fostering an environment of trust and collaboration. Implement training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team capabilities and performance. Provide coaching and development, make employment decisions, and resolve issues through effective problem resolution. Performance Management: Monitor and review performance metrics regularly, holding the team accountable for meeting targets. Lead effective team meetings and use visual management tools to drive decision-making and improvements. Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provide regular progress reports to the manager. Determine root cause for failed metrics and work collaboratively to implement corrective action plans. Strategic Operations: Work closely with the General Manager and other senior leaders to align manufacturing strategies with the company\'s overall objectives. Utilize problem-solving tools and techniques to address operational challenges and enhance outcomes.
