Apply to join our growing team today General Summary: Provide electrical experience and leadership in product wiring, troubleshooting, and testing. First shift, 40-50hrs a week with a 4-10s option, pay range based on experience. Journeyman or Master Electrician License is required. Duties and Responsibilities: Able to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics, as well as follow check out procedures. Background in HVAC controls, DDC, or BAS, is a plus. Mentoring other electricians and technicians about good electrical practice and work ethic. Hands on experience with final testing and the ability to independently conduct operational tests on air handling units. Working with project engineers to complete projects and provide insight to scheduling efforts. Detail-oriented, ability to plan, organize, set priorities and manage multiple projects. High level of analytical ability required. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to exercise independent judgment and work independently with minimal supervision. Troubleshooting and electrical testing. Possible panel building. Sizing conduit and wire. Terminating and properly torquing conductors in electrical/HVAC components. Using power tools and electrical hand tools. Internal wiring of HVAC equipment. Proper use and knowledge of PPE. Total compensation, when hired as a full-time employee, will consist of wage, 401K, health care, personal safety equipment and PTO.
