POSITION SUMMARY

Events Team Member provides the first point of contact for all guests. Our Team Members are expected to provide excellent customer service by meeting customer expectations and cultivate memorable family experiences.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Perform operating procedures relating to events and programsAct as a liaison between the venue and the guestsProvide superior customer serviceClean and organize designated areas for public useEnsure proper set up and breakdown of equipment; sound systems, scoreboards, game fields, parking, gates, signage, tournament offices, locker rooms, restrooms, and other equipment/materials as neededProperly operate cash registers and maintain proper cash handling proceduresScan tickets when guests enter venueRemoval of trash and cleaning of restrooms as neededDemonstrate ability to work closely with co-workers and park visitorsKnowledgeable in all Safety Procedures with the ability execute proceduresIdentify risk management opportunitiesConduct safety inspections and enforce all safety guidelinesAdhere to all facility and SFM policies and proceduresAdhere to all local, state, health and safety lawsPerform all duties as assigned by supervisionMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays and long hours)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust work well with othersMust take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facilityCommitment to the safety and well-being of othersWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time both indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bendMust be able to work in varying weather conditionsWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noise
