We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview : As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing concrete construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in concrete construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with a team of skilled craftsmen.

Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of concrete workers, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.Plan and coordinate concrete construction activities, including pouring, finishing, and curing.Interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.Monitor and enforce safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.Schedule and manage the delivery of materials and equipment to the job site.Provide on-site training and guidance to the construction team.Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.In-depth knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to creating a safe work environment.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in construction management is a plus.Valid driver's license.Benefits:
