Job Description
Sr. Estimator - Projects up to $20m - RI - Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Chief EstimatorWorking hand-in-hand with the Project Management teamGenerating conceptual, schematic, lump sum, GMP, design development, and other types of estimatesCreating and maintaining strong relationships with repeat/potential clientsAttend meetings and contribute to presentationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Sr. Estimator - Projects up to $20m - RI - Successful Candidate:
10+ years of experience in construction estimation, with a preference for public/municipal project experience.Proficiency in Newforma, Microsoft Office, Procore, and OS Takeoff software.Strong analytic and mathematical skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsBIM/VDC, P6, procore software experience is requiredWhat's on Offer
