They specialize in public/commercial projects ranging from $10M - $20M throughout RI & MA.Job DescriptionThe Construction Senior Estimator will be responsible for:Reporting directly to the Chief EstimatorWorking hand-in-hand with the Project Management teamGenerating conceptual, schematic, lump sum, GMP, design development, and other types of estimatesCreating and maintaining strong relationships with repeat/potential clientsAttending meetings and contributing to presentationsThe Successful ApplicantThe Construction Senior Estimator will possess:10+ years experienceExperience supervising public/commercial projectsBIM/VDC, P6, procore software experience is requiredWhat's on OfferThe Construction Senior Estimator will receive:Compensation up to $180,000Annual BonusVehicle AllowanceUp to 3 weeks PTOCompany Paid healthcare
