Shop Floor Quality Inspector - Pressure Testing
Shop Floor Quality Inspector - Receiving
ResponsibilitiesMonitor quality procedures, perform in-process and final inspections.Develop and maintain company inspection reports through the manufacturing processInspecting equipment in accordance with quality and ASME BPVC Code standardsEnsuring finished goods and products meet and or exceed company standards as well as customer specifications.Ensuring test equipment is calibrated and working correctly.Reporting quality anomalies to the supervisor.Gather test data and drafting quality reports.Identify possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.Read and interpret manufacturing drawings.Prepare non-conformance reports as necessary.Qualifications
Experience as an Inspector or Quality Technician Specialist in pressure vessel and process piping.Understanding of advanced mathematical conceptsExperience in use of measuring devices. (Calipers, micrometers, welding gases)High-level of visual awareness and attention to detail.Advanced organizational and multitasking skills.Experience drafting reports and collating dataAbility to work along with minimal supervisionAbility to analyze and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols
