Technical Specialist

Job Title: - Technical Specialist Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 11 months DESCRIPTION: This is a hybrid position. The candidate will be required to be onsite 3-4 days per week. Senior level Citrix Specialist with specialized knowledge and experience in DaaS and XenApp / XenDesktop. Requires advanced knowledge of and experience in designing, implementing, and supporting the Citrix DaaS platform and advanced knowledge of and experience in designing and supporting a Citrix XenApp / Xen Desktop environment. Candidate must also have experience in the following areas; Profile management using Citrix or FS Logic, XenApp/XenDesktop optimization and best practices, knowledge of NetApp storage and ESX best practices for Citrix environments, Citrix Netscaler, and Azure desktop setup and integration with Citrix Cloud. Required/Desired Skills: Advanced knowledge of Citrix DAAS, including setup, migration from On Prem to Cloud, and complete documentation of process Profile Management Optimization and recommendation regarding using Citrix or FS Logic XenApp/XenDesktop Optimization & Best Practices including AntiVirus setups and other monitoring tools Advanced knowledge of Netapp Storage & ESX and Best Practices for Citrix Environments Citrix Analytics and Troubleshooting Advanced Netscaler Knowledge Azure Desktop Setup and Integration with Citrix Cloud
