To learn more about Berry, visit berryglobal.comResponsibilities:SafetyPerforms all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE and following all safety regulations.BBS ParticipationCreate and maintain a team effort attitude and team approachMeet productivity standardsComplete required documentationTroubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machineMake adjustments to machinery as neededSuggest improvements to processes or proceduresCoordinate with lab personnel, Team Leader and Sr. Team Leader for issues and improvementsPerform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environmentObtain and maintain Operator CertificationTrain others as neededAdditional duties as assigned
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required.- At least 2 years manufacturing experience.- Must be willing to obtain Internal Operator Certification.
