IT Director
to join our team and oversee our IT operations across multiple groups.The IT Director will be responsible for the day-to-day management of various IT groups, including networking, infrastructure, desktop support, and helpdesk/remote support teams. Oversee and manage the IT department, including networking, infrastructure, desktop support, and helpdesk/remote support teams.Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the company’s goals.Ensure the efficient operation of all IT systems and infrastructure.Lead and mentor IT team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulations incorporating best practices at every opportunity.Communicate effectively with both the CIO as well as stakeholders in the organization.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT management.Knowledge and/or experience with multiple technology stack providers and security implementations.Strong communication, leadership and team management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards.*All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment.*
