Tecolote Research is seeking an experienced Schedule Analyst to join our National Capital Programs Group. This is a full-time onsite position at Joint Base Anacostia/Bowling in Washington, DC and requires a Top-Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility. The expected salary range is $70,000 - $130,000 and is dependent on a variety of factors, including total years of relevant experience, academic achievement, and relevant professional certifications. As a Schedule Analyst, you will be supporting the U.S Navy in developing, integrating, and performing schedule analysis across a portfolio of critical programs.The analysis you present will highlight the realities and interdependencies of program and project performance, enabling senior leadership to make critical strategic decisions.Skills Required

Must Have:Top-Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI eligibilityMinimum of 3 years’ experience performing integrated schedule analysisFamiliarity with industry standard schedule analysis tools (Microsoft Project, Proteus, etc.)B.S in Economics, Business, Program Management or a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) fieldWillingness to work full-time onsite in a classified environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsNice to Have:Experience supporting DoD Program OfficesExperience working in a classified environmentFamiliarity with FAR/DFAR and GAO/DoD Scheduling Assessment GuidesProject Management Professional (PMP)/Project Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) CertificationInternational Cost Estimating and Analysis (ICEAA) CertificationAdvanced Degree (MBA, etc.)Education

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.Location
