Joyce Koons Honda Buick GMC is seeking a Customer Care Associate team member for our expanding business. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring all service customers receive prompt responses to Internet and telephone inquiries. Those efforts will primarily focus on assisting customers with scheduling service appointments and contacting customers with outstanding safety recalls and lapsed vehicle service.

Schedule: 11-7 Full time,

3-7 Part time

Responsibilities:

Answer high volume incoming calls from customers to schedule appointments.

Initiate outbound communication regarding service needs and available offers to establish service appointments

Provide customers with vehicle and service information as appropriate

Identify and escalate priority issues

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills – comfortable making & taking phone calls as a main responsibility

Experience in a call center or customer service environment

Good data entry and typing skills

Demonstrated track record of stability and a strong desire to be successful

Must pass a drug screen and background check
