Coast Buick GMC is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Business Development Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, particularly within the service industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and devising strategies to expand our service offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving business growth.COMPENSATION:
SIGN ON BONUS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
$40,000 - $70,000 +
Hourly Position plus Bonus
Signing Bonus available based on experience

Responsibilities
Answer customer calls, schedule service appointments
Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using requesting information and appointments
Daily outbound appointment setting
Provide customers with vehicle information and schedule appointments
Utilize CRM and Service Appointment Scheduler
Qualifications
Must have outbound phone experience
Automotive service or sales experience a plus!
At least one previous role based in customer service experience
Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Valid driver’s license
Strong phone skills required
