in the Packaging industry. You'll will work with the Quality and Production teams to ensure compliances and work with all supervision and employees to ensure that cGMPs and Praxis SOPs, policies and work instructions are being followed. Apply today if you are interested in joining a dynamic team in the pharma industry.Responsibilities:Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Perform Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) sampling and evaluation as required to assure product qualityAssist in ensuring production area is maintained in a state of inspectionProvides support in the Line Clearance and Cleaning Verification for packaging operations per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch/packaging and labeling recordsLead quality control efforts and develop strategies to improve overall quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement quality control programsMonitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standardsConduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas of improvementDevelop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issuesTrain and mentor quality control staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and proceduresAnalyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and implement process improvementsPerforms any other functions and duties assigned and necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of Praxis Packaging Solutions.Qualifications:Knowledge & Experience Needed:Associates Degree or equivalent required. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination preferred.4 years plus similar experience required - Packaging preferred but not required2-3 GDP/GMP experience requiredLead/Group Leader experience preferredBasic Mechanical and mathematical aptitude requiredThe ability to work independently, without supervision requiredAbility to organize priorities and workload required
