Overall 5+ years of experience and proven experience with Genesys contact center technology.Strong understanding of telecommunications principles and contact center operations.Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Genesys software components.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
