Wurzak Hotel Group is looking for an energetic & experienced Senior Sales Manager to support the Sales efforts of our Marriott award winning recently renovated Sheraton Hotel in Reston, VA. The Senior Sales Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales strategies, cultivating key client relationships, and supporting our sales team to achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales, managing a high-performing team, and exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Strong and demonstrable experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong analytical abilities.
Experience with Marriott is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
